LINDA PEACOCK – HEAD OF GRAPHIC & WEB DESIGN

After graduating in graphic design and communication in Switzerland in 1994, Linda worked for two years with a large design agency in Zurich. In 1997, she moved to England and gained her BA (Hons) degree in graphic design at the Bournemouth and Poole College of Art and Design.She moved to Bath where she worked for Novum Advertising, managing a team of five running the day-to-day activities of a busy production studio. In 2004, she joined the lifestyle publication View Magazines in Salisbury, where she was responsible for the graphic design content and artwork for both editorial and advertising features.

When that company decided to outsource its design work, she joined Westhill Studios in the spring of 2006. She is responsible for all elements of the design side of the business and works directly with clients on numerous accounts.

PETER HOOD – VIDEO FOR WEB SPECIALIST

Peter has been a professional cameraman for over 30 years! He has worked extensively in television for both ITV and the BBC. In the early 90's he started his own Video Business Freshwater Productions.

Peter has been involved in all Westhill Studios video work from day one, producing everything from product information videos to health and safety instructional videos, even TV adverts!

Recently Google announced the launch of its new ranking system which will be rolling out in January 2009. In future a far greater emphasis is to be placed on a websites' content and in particular if there is video included in the site content. We felt it vital to be able to offer a first class video producer to our clients for this important new development.

RICHARD BEARDALL – CONSULTANT

Recognising the potential of the internet in the late nineties Richard wanted to develop a website for the Sutlers Stores which he had helped start back in 1995 with his wife Nancy, finding it very difficult to find anyone to design and build a website at a realistic price, Richard trained himself in graphic and web design in order to create the website he wanted for the Sutlers Stores.

In time other local businesses asked if he could provide a similar service. Unable for medical reasons to keep up with the level of interest, Richard employed our other talented designers developers and webmasters to help deal with the enquiries. With over 30 years experience in business Richard has the ability to quickly see what clients need from us as a web design agency and with his eye ever on the need to keep costs to a minimum you can be assured of a cost effective solution to your design needs.
